It is applicable to the melting of ice and snow in airports, high-grade highways, municipal roads, trunk highways (national and provincial roads), bridge pavements, factory areas, squares, etc. It has functions such as sprinkling coarse salt, fine salt, de-icing agent, dry sand and special de-icing agent. The volume of the distribution hopper is divided into: 1.1m³-15m³ distribution hoppers (customized sizes can be made according to customer requirements). Lifting devices can be classified into various types according to their functions, such as vehicle-mounted lifting devices, hook arm lifting devices, pre-wet lifting devices, and liquid lifting devices.

(1)0.3m³ Rear-mounted Spreader
It features a hopper made of PE material and a powder-coated metal frame, enabling quick and easy installation. Equipped with a 24V or 12V electric motor and belt drive system. The spreading direction and range can be manually adjusted. Fitted with casters for convenient transportation and storage. A breaker bar is installed at the lower part of the spreading shaft to facilitate stirring and ensure smooth material discharge.
(2)1.1m³ Snow Melting Agent Spreader
All structural components including the material bin, transmission parts, spreading components and discharge chute are made of wear-resistant materials and treated with overall anti-corrosion protection. Material is conveyed by chain and scraper. The effective width of the chain is 300 mm. An inverted V-shaped structure is installed above the chain, and a material backflow prevention device is fitted on the chain.This spreader is equipped with a de-icer crushing function. A safety filter screen is mounted on the top of the bin to remove large foreign matters from de-icing agent and protect the equipment.Adjustable-height and adjustable-width support legs are installed at the bottom. The spreader can be easily loaded without lifting equipment and stored conveniently when not in use. The legs are fitted with travelling wheels for easy movement.

Feeding mode of spreader: Adopts scraper chain treated with Dacromet technology, anti-slip and stable in conveying capacity.Spinner disc material: Stainless steel.Main body material: 4mm thick carbon steel. Parts contacting deicing agent feature high anti-corrosion performance.Spreading volume is adjustable in real time. Spreading density, width and direction can be set and adjusted inside the cab according to road conditions. The control panel displays and records operating parameters to meet actual working demands.Control system: Wired remote controller ensures convenient and reliable operation. A central console in the cab realizes integrated control of spreading and snow removal, with all operations finished inside the vehicle.An inverted V-shaped structure inside the hopper avoids direct pressure on the scraper chain and reduces system load.A mechanical crushing device at the discharge end breaks caked deicing agent to prevent blockage and ensure smooth feeding.Discharge opening size is electrically adjustable to match different snow accumulation levels.Equipped with low material level alarm to remind operators when materials run out.

Our hook lift spreader is the first domestically developed new product designed to match hook lift trucks. It features high flexibility and convenience.
