Kitchen Garbage Truck
1. Volume maximization design: The box body adopts a square and round structure design to maximize the volume. The material is made of stainless steel. The box body is divided into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is a solid garbage bin, and the lower chamber is a sedimentation water tank, which is used to hold the oil and water mixture that has settled.
2. Unique sealing structure design: The opening and closing of the rear door and its locking are respectively controlled by different oil cylinders, and it is sealed with a specially designed patented sealing strip. The adjustable locking mechanism ensures no leakage during operation and vehicle driving.
3. The wide-mouth type enlarged feeding port is sealed with a sealing cover and controlled to open and close by a hydraulic cylinder.
4. Widely applicable garbage loading mechanism: It can lift standard garbage bins of 120L and 240L, and is equipped with an automatic safety locking mechanism. During the loading process, the garbage in the bin will not spill or be left behind. The trash can has an automatic speed regulation function during the lifting and dumping process (this is an exclusive patent) to prevent garbage from splashing.
5. Garbage loading mechanism with self-detection function: When lifting and loading garbage, it can self-detect whether the upper cover is fully opened and whether the push plate returns to its original position. When it is detected that the upper cover is not opened or the push plate has not returned to its original position, the vehicle will give a warning reminder and the lifting device will not work.
