The pickup snow removal vehicle is based on four-wheel drive pickup trucks of brands such as Foton, Isuzu, and Dandong Huanghai. It is equipped with a front-mounted snow removal roller brush (1850mm pickup roller brush), a rear-mounted power system, a front-mounted snow removal shovel (2300mm pickup snow shovel), and a rear-mounted solid spreader (1.1 cubic meter spreader).

Product Features
（1)Front-mounted Pickup Snow Broom
(1)The roller brush is driven by an independent power unit, which avoids conflict with the power supply of the chassis vehicle and ensures independent operation and stable power performance of the vehicle during service.
(2)The roller brush comes with a built-in lighting system featuring high-brightness LED work lamps with strong penetration, suitable for snowy and foggy working conditions.
(3)The brush bristles are made of brand-new transparent granular virgin plastic material with superior elasticity. The bristles feature high tensile resistance and excellent fracture resistance, with a tensile strength of 1057N.
(4)Connection to chassis vehicle: Adopts drive-in quick coupling design. The hydraulic lines can be connected or disconnected without wrenches or other tools, and it is interchangeable with snow plows.
(5)Equipped with an independent hydraulic system, the unit enables lifting, lowering and side deflection functions. It is front-mounted on pickup trucks with an adjustable snow-discharging angle of 30° left and right respectively. The ground contact area is adjustable, and its snow removal efficiency reaches up to 96%.
(6)The roller brush frame is guided by casters, which can float up and down with road undulations and twist left and right following road cross slopes. Meanwhile, the caster-guided structure facilitates the assembly, disassembly and storage of the roller brush.
(7)The front-mounted snow broom is fitted with a snow baffle, preventing blown snow from obstructing the driver’s view during snow removal. It is also equipped with an automatic balancing function.
(8)The rotary broom features a floating mechanism to adapt to various road surfaces.

(1)The snow plow features forced down-pressure function and automatic obstacle avoidance function, with an obstacle avoidance height of 200 mm.Integrally welded construction; the steel blade is coated with high-quality anti-corrosion coating via plastic spraying. High-strength integrally welded blade body; blade plate thickness: ≥2 mm.
(2)Connection to chassis vehicle: drive-in quick-coupling design; hydraulic pipeline connection and disconnection can be completed without tools such as wrenches.
(3)The snow plow cutting edge is made of integrated NM400 wear-resistant steel plate, which can endure over 1500 km of abrasion on asphalt pavement.
(4)The control system adopts a highly reliable integrated remote controller, enabling operators to start, adjust speed, lift up/down and swing left/right of the snow plow directly inside the cab.
(5)Independent lighting system: Equipped with a safely switchable independent lighting system to meet night operation requirements and ensure working safety.
(6)It is equipped with forced down-pressure, automatic obstacle avoidance and automatic reset functions. When the cutting edge hits road studs, speed bumps, pavement joints or foreign obstacles, the blade will automatically tilt upward under external force, allowing the snow plow to travel smoothly at high speed on road surfaces. The maximum obstacle-clearing height is 200 mm.
（3）Rear-mounted Pickup Spreader
All structural components including the material bin, transmission parts, spreading components and discharge chute are made of wear-resistant materials and treated with overall anti-corrosion protection. Material is conveyed by chain and scraper. The effective width of the chain is 300 mm. An inverted V-shaped structure is installed above the chain, and a material backflow prevention device is fitted on the chain.This spreader is equipped with a de-icer crushing function. A safety filter screen is mounted on the top of the bin to remove large foreign matters from de-icing agent and protect the equipment.Adjustable-height and adjustable-width support legs are installed at the bottom. The spreader can be easily loaded without lifting equipment and stored conveniently when not in use. The legs are fitted with travelling wheels for easy movement.
