1. The lifting, lowering and left-right deflection of the roller brush are fully hydraulically driven.
2. The roller brush is driven by a dual-sided built-in hydraulic motor, with a torque of 850N. m(for continuous operation), a working flow rate of 150 liters per minute, and a rated working pressure of 20 mpa.
3. The bristles are made of a mixture of polypropylene steel wires and woven together.
4. The roller brush adopts a parallel four-bar full hydraulic drive without a support wheel structure.
5. The control system adopts an integrated controller in the driver's cabin for control, allowing for convenient operation of the roller brush from the driver's cabin.
6. The structural components of the roller brush and each connecting pin shaft of the roller brush adopt special anti-loosening, anti-corrosion and dust-proof spring retaining rings.
7. The roller brush is equipped with an independent lighting system for safe switching mode, meeting the requirements of night operations. There are operation warning poles on both sides of the roller brush to ensure the safety of night operations.

Vehicle Product Features
(1)The roller brush bristles are arranged in disc-shaped single-piece assemblies. Each bristle piece is available in two material options: polypropylene blended with steel wire, or pure polypropylene. The spacing between adjacent bristle pieces is 46mm. Featuring high toughness, the bristles are wear-resistant, flexible and anti-bending, and will not damage road surfaces.
(2) The roller brush comes with a forced downward pressure function. The contact height between bristles and the ground is adjustable as required, ensuring full contact with the ground and an optimal force-bearing angle for snow sweeping. It automatically follows uneven road surfaces and bypasses obstacles.
(3)The roller brush is equipped with a quick bristle replacement device. The entire set of bristles can be replaced rapidly without removing the hydraulic motor and hydraulic hoses.
(4)Adopting a lightweight design and featuring no support casters, the roller brush has an overall reduced weight, lower failure rate and higher snow removal efficiency.
(5)The connecting frame adopts a parallel four-bar linkage mechanism, which keeps the roller brush parallel to the ground at all positions. It is also equipped with a forced down-pressure function.
(6) The curved cover of the roller brush is made of metal with plastic spraying treatment. It prevents snow splashing, featuring high strength, corrosion resistance, anti-deformation and low temperature resistance.
(7)The roller brush is fitted with an independent lighting system with a safety switching mode to meet night operation requirements. Warning poles are installed on both sides of the roller brush to ensure safety during nighttime work.
(8) The control system adopts an integrated controller inside the cab, allowing convenient operation of the roller brush from within the vehicle.
(9)The roller brush is equipped with a built-in lifting device, enabling easy assembly and disassembly without lifting tools. Special lock, anti-theft, anti-corrosion and dust-proof spring retaining rings are used for its structural parts and all connecting pin shafts.
